Our reviewers visit each facility anonymously and pay every bill in full. We never accept comp procedures, PR-arranged visits, press junkets, or sponsored placement. Verdicts apply to facility experience only — administration, communication, billing, comfort, language coverage, transparency. We do not verdict on medical quality, treatments, or outcomes — that work belongs to qualified clinicians, regulators, and accreditors, not editors.
